Cancellation Policy
To secure your booking you must pay at least half amount of the total price and the rest must be paid at the latest on the day of the event we will touch base with you one week prior to confirm total numbers and adjust the price if is the case full amount return if you cancel prior one month before the event, if you cancel within the month event 50 % of the deposit will be deducted, if you cancel within a week full deposited will be deducted. if weather is unlikely, the event can be reschedule if forecasting one week ahead
